Departing from Mesopotamia, a trip through 5,000 years of civilization

using material from the Roman Empire to the 18th century.
For over ten years Muriel Gaggini was given access as a short-time researcher to many prestigious national and private libraries of Europe.
For 2 years (1995-1997) she worked as a full-time Reader in the Department of Occidental Manuscripts at the National Library of France,
accumulating more than 3,300 hours of research.
In her quest for perfection she studied the best calligraphy works of the past
and gathered unique materials that are available nowhere else.
This class materials will greatly contribute to the knowledge and the appreciation of calligraphy,
and also teach how to work in different languages.
